Gabe Gammache serves as Vice President of Wealth Advice, helping shape the firm’s approach to delivering thoughtful, coordinated financial guidance. In his role, Gabe supports Slaughter’s team of advisors by advancing planning standards, advisor development, operational excellence, and the strategic adoption of technology—all with the goal of providing an exceptional and consistent client experience.

Gabe is dedicated to helping advisors execute smart, disciplined strategies that align with each client’s unique definition of financial success and purposeful wealth. His leadership strengthens the firm’s ability to deliver advice that is personalized, collaborative, and focused on long-term outcomes.

Gabe’s expertise in leadership, strategy, and operations was forged through more than 20 years of service as a U.S. Naval Flight Officer, where he completed multiple overseas assignments, including Spain and Japan, and participated in numerous deployments. Following his retirement from the U.S. Navy, he led teams as a human capital strategy and technology consultant, advising organizations across the public sector, healthcare, and financial services industries.
